Every product we sell is supplied strictly as a laboratory research chemical. Nothing on this site is a medicine, supplement, cosmetic or food. Our products are not for human or veterinary consumption and not for diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use of any kind.

You are solely responsible for handling, storing and using the materials safely and lawfully, and for any results of that use.

You must be at least 21 years old and ordering as a qualified researcher or on behalf of a research organisation. We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe the material is intended for human use or for resale as a consumable product.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected misuse, payment issues or delivery restrictions.

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and on our shipping page. Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

We publish purity data and certificates of analysis in good faith and take reasonable care to keep product information accurate. Minor variations in labelling, appearance or batch documentation can occur. Photographs are illustrative.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, faulty, incorrect or undelivered orders are covered by our refund and replacement policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABA Labs is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or claim arising from misuse of our products, including any use in or on humans or animals. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the order concerned.

The ABA Labs name, logo, product photography and site content belong to ABA Labs and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
